The museum is included in the naturalistic route of the Pistoia Appennines and collects
objects and tools illustrating the lifestyle and working activities of the local rural and pastoral
communities. The exhibition sections deal with the topics of birth, work, festivals and religious
beliefs, and display traditional spinning and weaving tools as well as woodmen's and
shepherds' tools.
